I've eaten at Jersey Mike's since their inception. I knew I could get a good sandwich in a timely manner. Well, that has changed. I'm observing(after 20 minutes in line), six employees focusing on what appears to be phone in orders instead of the 10 individuals that drove here, parked, and walked into the store to eat. Something has to change. It's not the first time I've seen this.

Always first class service. The the meat is high quality. Ive never had a bad experience here.

I love Jersey Mike's. I would eat there every day of there was one closer to me.

The boys there making the subs were super friendly and greeted us with a smile..This is the closest to the old blimpie shop that closes years ago! I really enjoyed my sub and will definitely return for many many more!

Worker behind counter pulled down his mask to speak to people in the back, then replaced it while making sandwiches. And it did not cover his nose. When it was mentioned-- he was flippant and defensive. No apology or offer to make it right. With so many of us trying to be careful and stay safe, this behavior is dangerous and irresponsible. I will not go back there and encourage others to do the same.

The vegetables are never fresh when I go here. The employees are nice; however, the lettuce and tomatoes always look two or three days past toss out.

Just had a stk/chz giant and half Ruben delivered. Grateful to JMs for the 50% off everything deal for today. Food is delicious and hot and delivery was friendly and fast with very little contact. Wish we could have tipped more. Let's continue to support, if you can, these businesses we love... through this. Thanks JMs (Monticello).

The sandwiches use to be on point. The last time I went there within the last week was a waste of money. I order why I usually order a #7 mikes way with pickles and mayo on wheat When they went to make my sandwich they grabbed some a piece of bread sitting on the counter Lord only knows how long it had been sitting there. Needless to say once I got home and ate my sandwich the bread was stale. It’s probably due to it sitting out for a long period of time. For $9+ I should of just walked down the side walk and got a Subway sandwich or gone across the street and got a sandwich from Publix. Hopefully this isn’t a trend. The only reason I gave it a two star was because the cashier was really nice and personable.

Ordered a #13, the lettuce was brown all throughout. I asked for some fresh, they refused to open a new bag. I’m guessing since it was 15 mins before closing time. I explained again that the lettuce was bad, he said that’s all we have....Be cautious with what they’re willing to put on your sandwich that they still consider good but will surely make someone sick! Won’t ever go back. $16 sandwich, not too much to ask for toppings that won’t make you sick.

It amazes me that they're even still in business!!! So after buying their large big kahuna sub, and paying tax, title, tags, and a destination fee, I think it came out to like $17.00-$18.00, and that was without a drink and some chips!!! Talk about being expensive, yeah it tasted good, but for that kind of money, I could get a lot more meal at a nicer restaurant!! Being that I work for a living, I'll just stick with Subway for lunch!!

Don't eat out often. Steak and cheese Subs from everywhere. Should have tried Jersey Mike's long ago. Love the Chipotle steak sub With extra everything except onions. Must add bacon😋
